"Detox Day 1 and 2"
Yes guys i am on a full detox program. Meaning No solids, just juices, Vp (tablets form of organic veggie, 4 kg per pack to be exact), fiber (to help me pass motion) and idinine (to give me energy). Being sick recently just irritates me and I think i need to work body system. So the whole point now is the rest the stomach and allow excess energry to heal the rest of my system. As you know digesting takes up alot of strenegth and energy which explains why we often feel tired afer a meal. Yup just a brief explaination for those have no idea what detox is about.
The reults of it - more energetic, no more feeling lethergic. smoother skin, lighter dark rings, going to toilet in a more frequent basis (i'm talking about the big business) and of cos the best by-product is slimming down. I know to most people i'm not that weighted challenged but i still want to lose some at the thighs, I think it can be better. Yup! Wish me luck!
Day 1
The first day is usally the torture. Cravings all the time, the towrse part is going to the canteen with my friends to watch them eat. The worse part is osme of them don't know that I'm on a detox program and offered me food. Lol, but it was good training for discipline, makes you train the mind. Healing crisis i experience was feeling tired and abit drowsy on the head. Guess it's due to my recent bad habit of sleeping late, apparently my body wants a rest. So yup, turned in early after dealing with project stuff. Drank lots of water and juices.. first day not easy but so far so good.
Day 2
After a good sleep and waking up at a decent hour (finally!) at 8.30am I wake up feeling good. Short healing crisis, waas hoping to get abit more. Anyways only a 2 days into detoxing so still hard to say. Less cravings now, quite amazed on how I can survive without solids. The program is working and doing good. I've seem many testimonals, but to experience it is a totally different feeling. Yup! Jia you on my part. Darn still have abit of craving to bit on something.... lol
